- We ship worldwide with EMS and all shipping fee will be calculated based on the rate when shipped.

- Please note that we do not ship to South Korea for orders made on our English website.

- Shipping fee will vary for all other countries depending on package weight and destination.

- Products will be shipped after payment has been made and it will take 10-14 business days (for in-stock items) for delivery. Please understand that shipping may take longer for certain items.

- EMS tracking information may take 2-3 days to be available.

- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the resposibility of the recipient.

- If the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products will be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again. All related costs (return shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
